don’t have a time for it but I’m gonna go with over an hour! hahah
I’m so proud of myself, I was at a bar with my friends and instead of going with all of them to the next place I went home cause I knew I had to run this morning!

First 15 km!

My legs started to feel it right after 10km (which was the longest I’d ever ran previously) I was able to finish without walking and still able to keep up a conversation. It took 1 hr 50min and the weather was horrid, snowy, slushy, and icey!
Came home and had an epsom salt bath then went back to bed.

Soz I forgot/was too busy to post yesterday but now I’m on break!! wooohooo
Workout: squats, plank. push ups, sit ups, crunches variations, lunges
Diet:
Choco chip pancakes
Bagel with ham and cheese
and… a lovely dinner with zedandess that included eggplant,arugula, roasted red peppers, and goat cheese pizza! :*

But ya, it’s pretty nice out here temperature wise, started raining towards the end and low visibility.

What I did today...
I went to the gym and ran around the track for 30 minutes and then stretched….I can’t workout with friends, I get so distracted! But had some good girl talk
I ate:
breakfast: super berry smoothie (with coconut oil of course)
lunch: greek salad with chicken
dinner: BURGER PRIEST nooommmm nom
Ok quickie about the priest….they make the best burgers ever, if you’re ever in...

Yesterday I had 9 to 6 class, two tests, then an 8 km run….and I was EXHAUSTED. I had a hot epsom salt bath after my run, then passed out at 9 30 and slept 12 hours.
I think it’s important to remember that the rest of you life takes a toll on you, even if it’s not a “work out”.
Giving myself a needed break at the moment. :)
